Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-09-10. Applies to paid plans bought on vflin-antik.com.
1. The free plan
The free plan costs nothing and has nothing to refund. Everything the desktop software does on your own computer is free and needs no account.
2. When a paid plan is refunded
A paid plan is refunded on request when the request arrives within ⟨a number of days the owner has not yet set⟩ of the payment and the plan's cloud features have not been used in that time — that is, no profile was pushed to the cloud and no team was created under it. ⟨The owner decides the window and whether partial use is refunded pro rata.⟩
3. How
- Write to support@vflin-antik.com from the account's email, naming the payment's reference — it is listed on the cabinet's Invoices screen.
- Refunds are paid in the cryptocurrency the payment was made in, to the address you name in the request, ⟨within a number of days the owner has not yet set⟩. Network fees of the refund transaction are ⟨borne by the operator / deducted — the owner decides⟩.
- Exchange-rate differences between the payment and the refund are not compensated in either direction.
4. What is not refunded
- A plan whose cloud features were used in the window, beyond what section 2 allows.
- A plan suspended for a breach of the Terms.
- Payments sent to a wrong address or in a wrong network by the payer — the provider's confirmation is what activates a plan, and a payment the provider never confirmed was never received.
5. Cancelling
A paid plan is not renewed automatically: it runs to the end of the paid period and the account returns to the free plan and its ceilings. Profiles above the free ceiling stay in the cloud but cannot be added to until the count is under it. ⟨The owner confirms: no auto-renewal — the billing code has no recurring charge today.⟩
Decisions the owner has not taken
- The refund window, in days.
- Whether partial use is refunded pro rata.
- Who bears the refund transaction's network fee, and the time to pay a refund.
- Whether the paid period is ever auto-renewed.
